The original lineart for this was scanned in April, this has been an ongoing work ever since. I uploaded it earlier as a test-run....ok maybe not, but there were some mistakes that I corrected and hopefully at least a few of them were fixed/helped! This will probably continue to be an ongoing piece. However if any more changes are made I'll probably just re-upload the image here. (I forgot you could do that)
As for the characters, the male's name is Fyre he's an original character that I've been working on. There is kind of a story to the pic but if I've done a decent job it won't need explaining.

It just keeps things organized so I can make changes easily! ^_^ It is like drawing every little part on a different piece of paper but the paper is transparent.
Oh I see, I've never done it that way before, if I want to make changes on a picture I usually just use the color picker right click color over it and use the smudging tool to blend the color then I go from there.

This newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and =Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
